Seminar / Conference on International ADR in India and UK

The Law Society of England and Wales will be conducting a seminar/conference on International ADR in India and the UK on Monday, 8th October 2012 in Delhi, India. 

Entitled “Unlocking Disputes: Common challenges, approaches and opportunities in India & the UK“, this event will bring together the best of UK, Indian (as well as Singaporean) legal excellence to discuss common challenges, approaches and opportunities in alternative dispute resolution in India and the UK. The event is held in parallel with a larger business trip to India that is being led by the Lord Mayor of the City of London, Alderman David Wootton.

Olswang Partners, Jeremy Mash and Jonathan Choo will be presenting a talk at the seminar on “Comparative analysis of London and Singapore as centres for international dispute resolution“.

The seminar/conference will be held at Taj Mahal Hotel in Delhi, India on Monday, 8th October 2012, from 1pm to 6pm (followed by a Networking Session from 7pm to 9pm). Full details of the event and registration details can be found here.
