WIPO’s reduced schedule of fees and costs for PCT Users

On 1 June 2012, the World Intellectual Property Organization (“WIPO“) introduced a 25% reduction on its registration and administration fees in proceedings commenced under the WIPO Mediation, Arbitration, Expedited Arbitration and Expert Determination Rules, where a party is named as applicant or inventor in a published Patent Cooperation Treaty (“PCT“) application.
